CPC has experienced incredible growth in the past few years. To better serve our distributor network and meet increasing demand for our products, we are expanding our operations by building a new facility to support the manufacturing of medical, industrial and thermal management products.
We intend to transfer the manufacturing operations and administrative support for these segments from our current headquarters at 2820 Cleveland Avenue North in Roseville MN, to a newly constructed facility located at 4200 W. Round Lake Road, Arden Hills, MN. The current Roseville headquarters will remain operational and become the manufacturing hub supporting our BioPharma business.
The new facility will significantly increase our manufacturing space. We are expanding cleanroom operations, the production floor, lab capabilities, shipping capacity, and training space. Initial plans are for the new site to be fully validated and operational by Q1 2023, including certifications to ISO 9001 and 13485 quality system requirements. The new Class VII cleanroom space will also meet the requirements of international standard ISO 14644-1.
