    CPC Everis® liquid cooling quick disconnect couplings (QDs) — including latched and blind mate styles — are available in a wide variety of alloys like nickel-chrome plated brass, aluminum and stainless steel.

    Metal quick disconnect couplings from CPC are designed for the rigors of liquid cooling fluid transfer. When specifying metal QDs, system designers and thermal engineers need to understand all materials of the components and subcomponents found in the wetted loop. This will help avoid potential issues with galvanic corrosion, electrical circuit creation and subcomponent swelling or deterioration. Chemical compatibility of the metals and fluid in the system is important in order to achieve and maintain optimal performance.
